Giving You My Heart

Written by Lydell Washington (8/1/01)

(“Giving You My Heart” is a song about making the decision to die to ourselves and follow Christ obediently. Sometimes we struggle with whether we should sin or do what is right. Sometimes our pride gets in the way because we’d rather do what we want vs taking the narrower road to God. But when we open up our hearts to God’s love, He’ll be there to rescue us from our old lives, providing us with a much better life with Him.)
